The Global Sound Circle is a safe and supportive place for you to come and explore the power of voice-vibration sound meditation and healing.

It is a place to meditate and change your state.

Voice-vibration sonic meditation reduces the impact of stress, releases energetic holdings, boosts positivity, and creates a beautiful energy for you to absorb, ‘swim’ or ‘float’ in at the end of meditation. It is a way to transmute your stresses in to ease, to express what needs to be let go of, and create the energy you want to be in.  For those who find silent meditation challenging, it is also a brilliant way to start to discover, embrace, and engage in the gifts of silence and stillness.

Sounding is not singing, there is no right or wrong note.

The Global Sound Circle is a monthly membership that offers you a selection of online meditations to attend every month and a variety of extra support including Q&A sessions, additional group sounding and exploration sessions, discounts, and 1:1 time with me.
There are three levels of membership based on the core energy centres of Root, Heart, and Crown offering different levels of access and support. Whichever level of membership you choose, we will join together on Zoom for the Global Sound Circle sessions (and you can choose whether you have your microphone on or off!)  When things are back to normal we will come together at events in real life too.

The Meditations: There really is no right or wrong sound and I guide you through the process.  We start with a breath and body relaxation, move in to a gentle hum, and then open in to sounding through chakra sounds or sonic meditation into free-sounding.

Sounding is also a ‘power tool‘ for healing and self-awareness.  If you are ready to step fully in to the whole of who you are and live more of your full potential, then opening up to the whole of your voice is your best first step.  Your voice is a reflection of every experience or emotion you have ever had, imagined, or witnessed, and when you share your voice you want it to reflect your passion, joy, love, power and glory, not your fears and uncertainties.

If you wish to take it deeper, there is also space to expand and create deep energetic emotional healing when you connect with your own true voice.  Free your voice, and step in to the power of the whole of who you are.

Take it one step further.Voice-vibration sounding is the only sound healing process that works from the inside-out.  You are in control of how deep you go.  In the Heart Set and Crown Connection groups we explore the deeper powers of voice vibration sounding work.  In these groups you’ll be supported as you embrace the power of acknowledging your restrictions and releasing them mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically through sound and voice.

What’s in it for you?
Every membership will entitle you to attend a set or open number of my regular online 30 minute meditation sessions which are held at the following times (all times are UK times – please check your time zone):
7:30am every Monday (a brilliant way to start your week)
and
7pm on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month. (a great boost!)

If there are several people in a different time zone that the above don’t suit we may add another session at a different time.

All members get:

• First ‘dibs’ on any discounts for additional in-person or online events and new products
• Ongoing support in a private Facebook group
• 2nd Wednesday monthly live 45 minute group connection sessions where we explore a variety of aspects of sound and where you have access to me for an open Q&A
• A free monthly 15 minute meditation with a specific theme or energy focus to download.

Heart & Crown members also receive:

• 75 min Expansion Session on the 4th Wednesday of the month
• Recordings of all meditations, and Expansion sessions that you can’t attend so you don’t miss out and can practice at home
• Discounts for 1-2-1 sessions with me

This theme of the month is also the energy we explore in the additional sessions in the Heart Set and Crown Connection.  Both of these memberships include discounts for working with me directly and amongst other things the Crown Connection also includes a monthly 1:1 session with me.

Who is it for?
The Root Group and Heart Set are open to all, although I advise some experience of work with me or other sounding work for the Heart Set.
The Crown Connection is limited to a maximum of 22 members and is by application or invitation only.  Anyone can apply and any member can invite someone else they feel would benefit from it to join but all must speak with me as The Crown Connection is a small group who may well open up more to each other and we will have 1:1 sounding or coaching sessions and the energy has to be right for us both. By joining the membership you will receive weekly email reminders with the link to your meditations and an invitation to the private FB group (only members can see who’s in it and what is said.)

Agreement Form:
All members have to complete the agreement so that we are all on the same page. It will state the usual expectations and responsibilities for being in the group – such as confidentiality if anyone shares anything personal in the group sessions, respect and support in words and actions towards all members, and an awareness that if you are doing the deeper work it might release past emotional events.
