Voice-Vibration Sonic Meditation and  Crystal Bowls

 

What do you want to create for yourself in 2024?  In this session I invite you to create focused intention for this year as we work through each of the chakras to release what you don’t have time for any more and embody the energy you want to create and take forward into this year.

In this session I will guide you through a combination of mindset, breathwork, and sounding so that you can make space to release the physical, mental and emotional tensions of the year past and replace them with the focused thoughts and energy that you want to grow.

Breathe into your body, open into a gentle hum, connect with each of the chakra energies as you explore the vibration of your voice and the the crystal chakra bowls to create a powerful shift, physically, mentally, energetically, emotionally & spiritually.

Then allow yourself to float in the sonic pool of stillness and silence.
Sounding is not singing, there is no right or wrong note.  It’s not about ‘pretty’ or ‘good’.  It’s about intention & vibration.

 

Sound is a powerful healing tool, do not be surprised if you have an emotional response to making sound, it is nothing unusual.

FAQs

I can’t make the venue – do you do them elsewhere?

Yes – online twice a week.
Also – if you have a venue I can bring the sound circle to you if you’d like to arrange a sound circle for a group of friends, or as something new in your venue, let’s talk.

What do I need to bring?

A yoga mat to lie on (or you can sit on a chair)
Blanket if you want extra comfort
Journal/Notebook for inspirations to be remembered

How many people will there be?

Numbers are limited to a maximum of 20.

What’s the refund policy?

No refunds but you can transfer to a friend.

Do I have to pay online?
Yes – all bookings must be made in advance so that we know how many to set up for.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No – please don’t waste either paper or ink, if you book online I will be ready for you.
