Who is it for?
Qualified and insured therapists, holistic practitioners and coaches who are looking to add an extra element to their practice.
It is also available to professionally trained actors and/or singers who are looking to add that extra string to their bow.

Core curriculum comprises of 5 key elements and two levels of qualification, taught in a variety of ways over a 6 month period.

There are 3 x Levels of training: (for full details keep scrolling – for those who like it brief:)
Level 1: – Confirmation. The 7-Day Sound Healing Retreat:
This does not give you a qualification to practice with clients but will give you the tools to practice for yourself and the awareness of the power of this deep work and whether or not you want to hold space for others to experience it.
The work on this retreat is integral to implementing your learning in Level 2.

Level 2: Sounding Practitioner.  Amongst other things, this will give you all you need to know to:

• Take your clients through chakra/energy centre sounding to reduce & release stress & tension (mental, physical, energetic, emotional)
• Lead vocal sound baths
• Integrate vocal sounding to enhance your current practice

Level 3: Advanced Sounding Practitioner.  This will give you the opportunity to take your clients deeper into the work, and embrace some of the more esoteric/spiritual elements of the practice:

• Take your clients through the deep chakra/energy centre meditations
• Lead intensive group sessions or retreats with the Vocal Sounding Practice
• Open the ‘Light-Language’ and ‘Light-Council’ / Higher Self energies of sounding.
  

MORE COMPREHENSIVE DETAILS:

Level 1 – Confirmation:
The 7-day Sound Healing Retreat. Attending this retreat you will:

• Experience the depths of the Vocal Sounding work as a part of your own self-awareness and healing journey  
• Have an understanding of the impact the work may have on your future clients
• Be introduced to some of the elements that work well alongside the chakra sounds (journaling, colour & crystal energy, visualisation, subconscious drawing, embodiment) 
• Be able to make an informed choice as to whether you wish to continue and become a Vocal Sound Healing Integrated Practitioner™

Prerequisites For Level 1: An expectations and energy check conversation with Judith to make sure that this feels right for you. 

Level 2 – Sounding Practitioner: You have up to 18 months to complete all elements and hand in all assessments
The 7 Simple Sounds Includes:

• Sound Foundations & Introduction to Sound Healing DIY online courses 
• 8  x  3 hr Live In-Person Online Sessions where you work with each other 
  • Module 1: Why & How Sounding works (Understanding for yourself and Explaining to others)
  • Module 2: Safety – Theirs (mental, emotional, physical) & Yours (expectations & professional boundaries)
  • Module 3: Getting Them Sounding – Breath – Hum – Open Sounds (tools and techniques to lead into the work)
  • Module 4: Sounding The Chakras / Energy Centres (learn the basic sounds and key elements)
    At this point you may start your case-studies
  • Module 5: Course Review (open session to cover any challenges) 
  • Module 6: Open Sounding With Intention (coming away from the 7 key sounds) 
  • Module 7: Sounding For Meditation Sessions (learn how to take people through the 7 sounds for meditation)
  • Module 8: The Business of Sounding (Logistics, Integration, Language)
• 2-Day in-person Implementation Workshop: Practice with your fellow trainees with me in the room

Assessment For Qualification Level 3: 

• Take 3 x Case-Studies through each of the 7 Deep Meditations
• 7 x  Case-Study Sessions to be written up (1 for each energy/chakra)
• To have run 2 x half or 1-Day Group Sessions exploring all 7 sounds with a specific intention (online or in-person) & present a write-up of one of them
